You can not say "best receiver in the FCS and not bring up Holy Cross wide receiver Jalen Coker's name. The 6'3" 211 pound pass catcher's 31 touchdowns lands him as the all time leader in Crusader history. He also owns the all time record for receviing yards and a single season record for touchdown receptions. After another stellar season that earned him a nod as a Walter Payton Award finalist, Coker had a choice to make, go find another home to continue his stellar career because Holy Cross does not offer graduate degree programs or chase the dream that he has always had and declare for the NFL Draft. Coker looks to follow in the footsteps of Jerry Rice, Terrell Owens, and a host of other pass catchers who came from the FCS and has found major success at the next level. The time is now and the man is ready for the challenge. We get the words directly from the Crusader's mouth as I go Man to Man with Jalen Coker about everything from jumping over defenders, what it feels like to be a legend at a University, what he will miss most about his time in Worcester Mass, and what went into his decision to declare for the draft.
